That was the problem facing Mountain America Credit Union (MACU) headquartered just outside Salt Lake City, Utah. Servicing over 4,000 employees and 448,000 members across the Intermountain West, MACU operates 76 branches plus branch services through online and mobile banking. MACU chose PingOne from Ping Identity based on their SSO and federation requirements. While PingOne provided a rapid, turnkey solution for onboarding SaaS applications, MACU’s IT organization was at full capacity and without the necessary SSO and federation expertise.

With just 40 hours of professional service, ProofID managed the entire project, including coordination across different vendors, to successfully deploy SSO for SaaS applications for over 4,000 employees. The solution included integration of PingFederate with MACU’s on-premise Active Directory, bridging to PingOne. ProofID then managed the communication and coordination with Workday and Kaltura to configure, deploy and test each connection. “We couldn’t have executed as rapidly and as cost effectively without ProofID’s expertise. We established a fixed price and schedule and they met it,” said MACU’s VP of IT.
