With over 15 years industry experience, ProofID’s Tom Eggleston eats, drinks and sleeps Identity and Access Management. A regular industry speaker in Europe and the US, Tom knows how to balance technical evangelism with the real world, finding practical solutions to the identity challenges faced by modern businesses.
As CEO of ProofID Tom has been instrumental in growing the company into the leading provider of managed identity solutions, employing over 50 people across the UK and the US. He also enjoys a daily run and brewing his own beer.
In 2013, Eric founded PEGRight with Paul Bailor with the mission to be the best Identity and Access Management system integration company. Eric saw identity security as an evolving industry when he was Vice President at Seros and followed his dream founding a company to focus on the identity market. Since 2009, Eric has become an industry expert and thought leader integrating today’s leading technologies for companies of all sizes. Eric regularly talks about “Identity Everywhere, Access Everything” as the new frontier of technology.
Prior to PEGRight, Eric was the VP of Professional Services at Seros that was wholly owned subsidiary of Solars to grow a commercial business beyond the government-based business of Solars. Eric also served as Lockheed Martin Chief Architect with the honor to architect and deploy the Cheyenne Mountain strategic defense systems that are in use today protecting the nations borders. Drawing on all of his experience, Eric has the skills and understands the importance of security that our world demands for our identity.
Eric is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego and the University of Maryland, College Park. He is passionate about technology and pursues life with an adventurous belief that that any obstacle may be overcome. Eric is committed to the growth of ideas that transform dreams into reality helping those around him grow as a team.
Paul Heaney spent the last 10 years building, designing and supporting and provisioning access management and federated single sign-on solutions. Since graduating from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Computer Science, Paul has held many technical roles including Support Engineer, Trainer, Architect and Developer across a number of identity technologies.
As ProofID’s Technical Director Paul travels the world evangelizing in the latest trends in identity management and architecting identity solutions to meet our customers complex requirements.
Gareth Noonan has been a banker for over 15 years, with in-depth expertise and experience in leveraged, acquisition and growth financing, M&A and restructuring across a broad range of industries. Prior to founding Alwyne Capital, he was Managing Partner at Cohen & Company, responsible for European investment banking and capital markets, with a focus on specialty finance and special situations. Before joining Cohen & Company, he was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch (later Bank of America Merrill Lynch) where he was responsible for European leveraged loan and high yield capital markets, Gareth also worked in leveraged finance at Deutsche Bank in New York and London and also helped establish Augusta & Co.’s debt advisory business. He started his banking career at Wasserstein Perella in New York, prior to which he was an attorney for five years at White & Case. Gareth has a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and a Juris Doctor in Law, both from Georgetown University.
ProofID’s Sales and Marketing Director, Lorraine Worrall has a long and enviable track record selling solutions into various industry sectors including manufacturing and retail, with the last 10 years in the IDM space. She forms very strong relationships with her customers and believes that proposing the best solution based on return on investment means success and repeat business for customer and company alike.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching F1 and often ties this in with motorbike trips to countries hosting the Grand Prix.
Paul has spent over 28 years in both the public and private sector, serving as a career officer in the United States Air Force and as a Chief Architect/Program Management executive on large-scale security programs for Lockheed Martin. Paul has extensive experience in the research and implementation of high performance, advanced algorithms for large-scale search, heuristic-based solutions for NP-Complete optimization problems, semantic web applications, and the automated synthesis of advanced algorithms. He led programs that included the early application of semantic web technologies to very large planning problems, as well as the implementation of Department of Defence policies to facilitate large-scale and secure sharing of data, information, and knowledge, incorporating web service infrastructures and security standards. For the last 10 years, Paul has served as CTO, COO, and CEO of IT security consulting companies focused on Identity and Access Management, acting as a thought leader on architecture and design principles for modern security architectures that incorporate a well thought out and planned end-to-end security design and implementation.
Paul has a BS in Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland as well as an MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT). He is a Distinguished Graduate of Air Force ROTC and AFIT. Paul has published 15 scholarly articles in refereed conferences and journals as well as multiple book chapters. He has also served as a program committee member for ACM and IEEE conferences as well as a reviewer of conference and journal submittals. Paul enjoys working in team-oriented complex problem-solving environments. Paul also enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities in the mountains of Colorado.

Head of Managed Services and Support (UK)
John has over 10 years of IAM experience and is one of the most senior members of the managed services team.
He currently specializes in NetIQ identity management and PingFederate federation server. John works closely with many of ProofID’s customers but some of his larger contracts are with Mazars and The International Baccalaureate.
John has many interests outside of work including home brewing, camping with his family and has recently become a new Dad.
