A streamlined rollout of simpler identity management, expanded globally at speed

Mazars teamed up with ProofID, and we collectively scoped out a solution based around PingFederate, the industry-leading federated single sign-on platform. A single resilient cluster deployed in Mazars’ Azure tenancy delivered federated authentication and single sign-on for all of Mazars’ users.

ProofID’s IAM Managed Service framework streamlined the rollout, so that new territories could be integrated within a matter of hours, quickly expanding single sign-on for Mazars’ SaaS and on-premise applications workforce-wide. Furthermore, ProofID’s White Pages application has allowed staff across the Mazars workforce to locate and contact colleagues anywhere in the world, from a single staff user directory.

The changes have broken down many of the geographical silos and barriers across the workforce. Cross-territory productivity has been significantly enhanced, user data is kept up-to-date and accurate, and Mazars has a platform from which it can innovate with new applications with confidence.
