BECU is one of the largest not-for-profit credit unions in the U.S., serving a highly tech-savvy community in Seattle. Many members are engineers, people who notice when things don’t work smoothly and who care deeply about digital security.

But like many financial institutions, BECU’s identity systems had grown complex over time:

Centralised Login – Members will enjoy a consistent, unified experience across multiple digital products such as Mobile Banking, Credit Card applications, and Mortgage services.
Simplified Digital Membership Origination (SDMO) – A smoother, faster enrollment process designed to reduce drop-offs and lower operational costs.

These upgrades will make it easier than ever for members to join, stay secure, and bank confidently.
