Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statement

ProofID understands the crucial role our managed service and intuitive identity solutions play within the operation of your business as such we are closely monitoring the evolving outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We would like to take this opportunity to outline the measures ProofID are taking to ensure the continuity of the services we provide to you and maintain the health of our colleagues.

ProofID has activated its pandemic plan with guidance and support being supplied to all our staff which is being overseen by the global senior management team.

Measures we have put in place include:

  • Implemented travel restrictions, especially with regards to international travel.
  • Advised employees on the steps that should be taken in the event of returning from an affected area or coming in contact with COVID-19 or a suspected case
  • Advised employees to work remotely if they exhibit any of the virus’s symptoms
  • Ensured our ability to work remotely to fully support our customers through our support, professional services and managed services as you expect
  • Verified our ability to maintain our current availability levels for our hosted customer systems and ProofID systems.
  • Stress testing our business continuity and remote working procedures with a full companywide test on 16th and 17th March 2020 allowing us to make any refinements.
  • For customers who currently have onsite working arrangements, we are offering alternative solutions.
